A little story about a raid based on the USA PATRIOT Act. It’s an enlightening (I just can’t stop using that word today) piece about where the Fourth Amendment is today.

    I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – if I could change one thing about the Constitution, I’d write in a Privacy amendment, and/or enhance the 4th and make it iron clad.
