Is there a wood-based equivalent to silicosis? I wouldn’t want to develop Carpenter’s Lung from sanding the floor…

Dude, you understand ANY foreign particles in the lungs is really bad for them, and you are always supposed to where a mask when doing ANY sort of sanding, no matter what the substance.
