This is really creepy. John and I were just discussing this topic today. He was telling me that a grain mill could be used to grind beans into bean flower. And I said “for WHAT?!?!?” and he said the he supposed you could make a bean bread as a protein substitute. And I said “who on earth would eat that?”
Brown bread is not made with beans, dear lady. It is made with grain and molasses and raisins, and it is steamed instead of dry-baked. Geez. Bean bread. Ick.
